Auto &Semi-auto CIP Cleaning system machine for milk beverage 




Cleaning procedure as follows:

1. Clean 3-5 minute, common temperature or above 60degree; alkaline clean 10-20minute,1-2 resolution,60-80degree, middle clean 5-10 minute; above 60degree, at least clean 3-5minute clear water.
2. Clean 3-5 minute, common temperature or above 60degree; alkaline clean 5-10 minute,1-2 resolution,60-80 degree, middle clean 10-20 minute; above 60degree,  sterilizer 10-20minute, use above 90degree hot water

Cleaning flow ensure flow ,actually for cleaning solution speed, then have mechanism function, then via enhance flow move to impuse, to get cleaning effect.
CIP, cleaning in place, mean not need dismantle or move device, adopt to high temperature, high condense solution, to do facility strength function, and food contact cleaning, suit high degree sanitation strictly production facility, cleaning purifier.

2. As heating type" steam and electricity heating
3. As control type: manual control, semi-auto control, full auto control CIP.
