Q1: Where is your factory located?
A1: Our factory is located in Hebei Province,China . Near Beijing city of China. You can visit us      from your country to Beijing International Airport . It takes about 4 hours by car from airport to our factory.

Q2: Do you also make customized design?
A2: Yes, we carve stone out of your drawing & picture at nice craftsmanship.

Q3:Can I see the production process?
A3: Yes. We will keep you posted with production photos. We will not pack the products until we get your approval on the final products. In the meantime, we warmly welcome your visiting to our factory. After you check the quality, then we ship it.

Q4: Do you accept individual order?
A4: Yes, we accept individual order.We sell to wholesaler, container and individual with same quality. There is no minimum order requirement.

Q5: Where is the shipping port?
A5: We mainly ship the goods from Tianjin, China, also we can ship from the Qingdao, Dalian, Ningbo, Lianyungang port.

Q6: What is your price terms?
A6: Usually, we quote based on FOB Tianjin, China, but we also accept CFR or CIF terms.

Q7: How do you transport goods?
A7: Option 1  By sea. The freight charge by sea is much cheaper than Air parcel, which  is suitable for large quantity goods.
       Option 2   By air freight. The delivery time is less than by sea.
       Option 3   By land carriage.

Q8: If the goods were not satisfied,can the payment be returned back?
A8:  It depends on what caused the problem. If we have not made the goods as your requested size, color, material or confirmed design. We can re-make the goods, or returned the payment, or negotiate solutions such as give some discount, etc. Otherwise, we can't responsible for the problem; but we can give you some discount for re-making the goods to reduce your losses.
