Fashion designer Jason Wu and Cat Person jointly launched a cat care series, whose featured product is to "meet the underserved needs of cats and their owners."

The capsule collection of feline necessities includes a series of furniture, toys, and even human items, all of which are inspired by his love for cats, especially his own two cats, Jinxy and Peaches.

Cat Person describes it as the "HauteCature" series. The highlights include the stylish litter box, designed to meet the needs of cats and meet the owner's home aesthetics. The enclosed streamlined litter box has a ventilated wooden lid and a large accessible corner entrance, allowing your cat to conduct business with enough space and airflow.

Other items include concealed spoons and holders, using the same wood design as the trash can, with durable aluminum spoons, which are more durable than any plastic spoons. A matching bracket is attached to the Skylight Litter Box and makes Hideaway Scoop invisible.

And Cat Person fans’ favorite cat bowl is given a makeover in Jason Wu’s iconic black color. The smooth semi-gloss bowl has a matching matte tray holder, which is ergonomically designed to make it comfortable and convenient for you to eat.

The series also launched a dog-shaped "Jason" catnip puff toy, inspired by the fact that Wu was born in the Year of the Dog.

For cat owners, there is a Signature Cat Person x Jason Wu pocketless hoodie with a playful cat image and a subtle Cat Person logo under the back hood. This hoodie is made from 100% certified organic cotton French terry cloth and is made with low-impact dyes and inks that do not contain harmful chemicals.

In the video that launched the series, Wu said: "I think I have always been a cat lover. I grew up with many cats and I have always liked them. The reason I don't like other products on the market is that they either Unattractive or too complicated to use.

"My cat is a bit like my best friend, so I want to design accessories and cat care products that humans want to use. I want to design something that improves, it's very user-friendly, and you know it's very unique."

The Jason Wu x Cat Person series can be purchased online at CatPerson.com, with prices ranging from US$7 to US$139.
